NOTICES

• Conference organizers will try to negotiate with local hotels for discounted rates for participants. Information will be made available to registered participants.
• For logistical purposes, all participants will be requested to stay at the accommodation facilities designated by the organizers (if any).
• Workshop participants should check in by Oct. 26th!
• Transport will be provided to guest instructors and invited spleakers only.
• Other attendees are advised to use local transport (bus, taxi etc) to their hotel in Thika or Nairobi.
• Selected students will be considered for travel awards subject to availability of funds and abstract quality.
