ONLINE CONFERENCE AND VIRTUAL TRAINING FOR EMPOWERMENT AGAINST INFECTIOUS DISEASES

We are pleased to annouce the organization of an AIBBC online conference and training focusing on the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The meeting will provide a platform to share and discuss scientific and clinical aspects of the pandemic, as well as an opportunity to receive virtual training from experts on diagnotics and management of infectious diseases.
Through sharing research insights and expert training in clinical and point-of-need diagnostics, we aim to provide healthcare providers in Africa who are at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19 with requiste scientific knowledge and know-how necessary for effective management of the disease and its societal impacts.
The meeting also aims to bring togethers clinicians, academicians, researchers, students, lab technicians as well as public policy makers to share research findings and clinical experiences relevant to COVID-19 and other emerging infectious diseases. Discussios will also center on scientific and policy challenges with regard to preparedness and response to emerging threats posed by infectious future diseases.
